Shipping Cost
•There will be additional HK$30 per delivery charged on each shipment to Hong Kong & Macau and HK$20 per delivery charged to Taiwan.

• At this time, we offer shipping to all the areas of HKSAR,Macau SAR and Taiwan.

• We are using Chunghwa Post / SF Express, let us know if you have other in mind.
• Item(s) will be mailed within the next 5 working days once payment has been done and verified. Weekends and public holidays are not counted as working days.
Free Shipping
• We offered free shipping to Hong Kong & Macau order once purchased over HK$300 and free shipping to Taiwan once purchased over HK$200.
Exchange or Refund Policy
• It is important to us that you are satisfied with your purchase, if you happened to have the wrong sizing of the merchandise, we will be happy to help you exchange your purchase.
• Most merchandise can be exchange size, colour or the other item(s) within 10 days in unused, brand new.
• Customer(s) need to bear the shipping fees if your exchange items through shipping.
• Item(s) can not exchange or refund during on sale.
• Item(s) can not refund as all orders, except our store approve.
